The Lack of Necessary Skill for the Modern Workplace

       In this technology exploration era, lack of necessary skills for the modern workplace is a big problem for a fresh worker, Why are there graduated students cannot or unable to manage the skills in the modern workplace? For example, half of the freshman don't even know how to use a fax machine or photocopy machine which is a "must" to learn skill when they enter the career field. So, the solution that I want to suggest may has the probability to overcome it. Educational institute can create a related course or include the necessary skills into the syllabus of class. For instances, the skills to use the office machines, to manage the Microsoft office like Microsoft Word,Excel and Publisher to do the work in a more efficient and effective way. This suggestion seems to be applicable for the education condition nowadays and it may help a lot for the future employee in doing their works in a modern workplace.
